The communication is horrible. I had been a vip member for well over a year. I had cashed out multiple times. Sometimes I use a bonus and sometimes I didn’t.

I made a $30 deposit on a day the 30% match is applied, it was automatically applied creating a play-through requirement.

After completing the playthrough required I hit for a little over $600.

They refused to pay me out. They said I had multiple accounts.

Keep in mind that I had made hundreds of deposits, using only one account.

I did host a euchre party around the same time I opened my account, I told everyone about it. My friends are all gamblers. Some of them opened their account that same night.

Only one guy ever made a deposit. He had on,y made a couple and he absolutely didn’t deposit on the same day I hit the $600. So they can’t say I was trying to use bonuses from multiple accounts.

The casino refunded my deposit but not the winnings.

Again, I didn’t enter any type of bonus code. They simply match 30% of your first deposit on Wednesday.

I’ve reached out via chat and via email. The chat folks say I must email, but no one ever responds to any emails.
