Good luck with withdrawal requests. They will really take their time with payouts and customer service will only give you vague generic answers.
- Customer service usually responds and is available via chat.
- Customer service appears to be helping 40% of the time
- EXTREMELY Vague customer service responses
- Long withdrawal timeframe
- They go beyond their stated withdrawal time frames in their posted terms and conditions
- They don’t email you when there’s an issue- per customer service conversation
- Escalating a case, per customer service, seems to get no reaction from upper departments
- No direct system to talk to management when there’s an issue
- Customer service is usually of no help at all.
