This casino has taken 5 thousand dollars that is mine and done everything in there power to prevent me from accessing it and as far as I can tell has no intentions of ever paying me back the money that's in my account you can reach there customer service call center just fine but the operators you will talk to are incapable of doing anything but buying themselves another few days of not paying me their "financial department " Which they claim is responsible for him responsible for handling my payments payments are unreachable you cannot speak with them they can't even call them they only have the ability to email them and request that they email me not call me but email me if these people in their so called financial department even exi mean even exist then they are completely worthless to the customer and patron of the casino There has been probably 20 conversations back-and-forth between me and the casino and every time all I get is a run around explanation explanation and Another excuse for why they have to delay paying me more than they told me the last time we spoke... IF THE CASINO DOES CHOOSE TO PAY ME THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT THAT IS MINE I WILL ERASE THIS REVIEW AND POST A 5 STAR ONE PRAISING THERE GAMES AND SERVICES. Because I did win I hit on several games and was at one point over 23 thousand dollars up. But as of now I've made hundreds and hundreds of dollars in deposits and as of this point am being ripped off for 5995 dollars STAY AWAY WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GIVE THEM 1 DOLLAR OF YOUR MONEY!!!!
