First of all playluck.com badly servis..

Service info.. working 24/7 and answering very quickly. Fals. I 6 mails and onli next day i got ansver.. so no the serviss is not working 24.7 and ther is no help a gamer cud get. As me.. i still wait for answers and still ignoring me.

All together i am waiting for 4 days and in 4 days i have got one mail as ansver. + i am sure i also will lose my money sinc i don't trust this web site. And ther is no one who can normal explain something.
