Hello I have been a gold customer at platincasino and after just losing some time I decided to do a 30 day self-exclusion. Which then also happened. After the 30 days I wanted to reactivate my account, but this is now being refused. I deposited and gambled away a lot of money there over a long period of time. I think it's cheeky that I'm not allowed to reactivate my account without any legal basis.
