The player from US has been waiting for their winnings for more than 2 weeks. The money was transfered to the player's bitcoin wallet sucessfully.
I submitted a withdrawal request on 02/25. I've reached out multiple times. The casino says they've escalated my request and that is all they do. It has now been well over two weeks. I even waited 14 business days to be certain. I did use a bonus and it is my first withdrawal from them. My bonus requirements were met, my account verified, and withdrawal request were all completed successfully on 02/25.
