The player from India is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
My complaint number is Ts 359146 its been almost 4 days i have not got my amount of Rs 38000 and the chat says they cannot tell the exact time of withdrawal.
Few withdrawals were smooth but after 5 to 6 withdrawals this scam started. Please process my payment asap or else i ll spread in social media and warn my Indian brothers to be aware of this scam website.

My first withdrawal was of 38000 rs which after 14 days they have sent it back to my profile account then i played lil bit and made 53000 Rs and on 16th i withdrew 53000 rs through IMPS Its still processing and the chat is saying it may extend.
