Hello us I read from here there is no bonus available for my country. Yesterday I deposit 200 euro and I bought all of it on sugar rush 1000 and I won 15588,40, the casino told me I make a violation due to a bonus and I don't understand what happened, I made a withdrawal of 3000 euros and they cancel it , today I got the withdrawal of 3000 but the money I won nothing can you please help me?

Yes my account is verified from February of 2024 and on March at 28 I achieved the VIP status on the site. I had a problem with a bonus 1 time and they didn't let me play above 5 euro bet after that I was careful about the bonuses, some of them I declined them
