Agent does not understand inquiry and answers are irrelevant.. Sending me to do things that won't help, wasting time and complicating the matter making it frustrating which lead me to just wanna leave the casino and play elsewhere. Very bad service. Just repeats whatever like a automated bot and doesn't work efficiently :/ had high hopes for this casino and now I just want to get out because customer support looks crappy.. what a shame
I sent screenshots of bonus I found online to know if was valid/working.. If so, wanted some help on how make sure was going to work before depositing because could not seem to find it myself (I clicked/signed up through offer link. Looked on promotions page, my account/rewards/bonuses etc) says min deposit for the specific bonus was $10 and when looking to deposit, only had minimum $25 bonuses with different t&c's..
Agent kept saying I had pending deposit etc and needed to deposit in order to activate a bonus etc WHICH WAS NOT MY INQUIRY..
I clearly explained myself, providing screenshots etc but he was directing me to do things irrelevant to my simple question, complicating the matter. Then telling me he is forwarding to relevant team and will e-mail me back for my "pending" deposit 😆 (I had not made one yet and never said so ..?) Wasting almost 30 minutes for nothing because he doesn't seem to know what he is doing and kept telling me to deposit.
NONSENSE and unprofessional.. made me leave the casino and decide to not deposit any money on here unfortunately..

I would give MegaRush zero stars if I could. Their selection of games is limited and updated fairly seldom.
All of their Play'n'Go-slots boast 91% RTP, which is ridiculously low and even more unfair than usual towards the player. I would opt for casinos with better RTP on said games.
Their MegaClub-membership is also nothing short of a joke. There are next to none member privileges. You might get 10 spins on Starburst at 0,10€ a pop if you ask nicely, but usually even that is too much to ask. Mind you; this is their loyalty, 'VIP'-program we are talking about.
I see no reason to play here.

So, I wanted to test this casino as it was new to me. Prior I have read here the ratings and the challenges of this casino. I made a deposit and I lost but then I managed to win right after as it with gambling online. I can only say the verification was super fast, support was available via email and replied to me very fast! I clicked on the link, uploaded documents and indeed, i just needed to wait a few seconds and my account was verified instantly so I had no issues with playing.
Now regarding the withdrawal; To be honest I just needed to wait one day until the amount has arrived at my bank account. I am always sceptical when it comes to withdrawals in online casinos which I am not familiar with but this casino surprised me positively! The Withdrawal was approved within an hour - that's mega!!!
Summary; Make your own experience and dont read to many negative reviews. This casino is legit and pays out, the verification is very easy.
