I have had an extremely disappointing experience with multiple Presenter Group casinos, including this one. They seized all my deposits without any explanation and discontinued all communication with me. I had been actively playing and utilizing the bonuses they consistently sent me through email, resulting in a significant amount of money being held in my accounts.
Based on my experience, their actions seem highly suspicious and resemble a scam. I strongly advise anyone considering playing at these casinos to steer clear and avoid engaging with any of their associated establishments. The lack of transparency and communication raises serious concerns about their legitimacy and trustworthiness.

Rogue behavior. Imagine, I deposited a small deposit of 25 EUR, received a 6.25 EUR bonus on top of it as I used a BON2 deposit code. When I was in chat even the support person Eku said that he would be angry and upset if he was me. Eku also first said that the note on my account said I had overbet. When I refused it and asked him to check my bets again he changed his mind and said ok fine but since I have used a welcome offer in a BP Group Ltd casino previously they will can still take my money and they will! Lovely.
Used a very small bet as I did not have much money and wanted this to last and managed to win over 1 000 EUR. After more playing I had a balance of over 2 000 EUR which the casino stole and did not pay. They used a part of their TC which is for ABUSE AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES stating that only one welcome offer can be accepted under BP Group Limited.
How would I know what that means??? And surely a term like that is not meant for customers who deposit 25 EUR??? Did they list the casinos which are under BP Group Limited? No they did not, ofcourse not.
When you deposit in Finland their payment provider provides them with the user details including name, date of birth, address etc. They could easily have a system recognizing a player who has an account on another BP Group Limited and automatically refuse such customer the use of the welcome offer. Do they do that you ask? Ofcourse not. So you can only lose if you deposit and if you win they take your winnings.
My recommendation is to play on the casinos who do not go after small depositors with every small detail in their T&C which they find applicable.
I asked them if they could reconsider since this term is clearly not meant for a situation where a small player makes a small deposit. Did they say they will reconsider? Ofcourse not. The support even refused to even ask the payment department to reconsider the confiscation.
This casino is opportunist and greedy with the way they treat your winnings, so if you do not listen to my warning, you can blame yourself when they take your money.
