Kats Casino - Player has issues with withdrawal and deposits at Kats Casino.

Kats casino is horrible! I have made several small deposits at least up to $600 dollars in deposits, they change the rules as you play, i honestly believe that they are operating out of there house! Played with out a bonus and they cheated me out of hundreds of dollars!!! Please do not deposit at this casino, is there any way that they can be shut down for fraud? Waiting on a $230.00 dollar withdrawal, have sent documents 3 times really balance was $390.00!

Yes the account was verified, i deposit without a bonus and won, i then reverse the withdrawal to continue to play i had won $230, then when i reversed the withdrawal and played on the $230 and won $1,500 put in for another cashout which they denied and said that the winnings was from 2 back to back free chips! i never requested a bonus, the 1st free chip was a gift from the manager the 2nd free chip was non cashable, i then requested $390.00 payout which was denied and they went back to the $230.00 my first withdrawal request. T his was my money that i won free and clear, i have deposit several times with this casino, i have sent in documents 3 times! Currently waiting on the $230.00 2 days so far, bitcoin takes 5 days which charged me $30 to withdraw.

I chat with a manager name victor on 8/18/23 who was rude and uncaring. I have been verified several months now for at least 5 months. They do not care, just take your money and know that there is not much you can do but to just stop depositing.

I have played back my payout, i was sick of the cat and mouse game. I will never deposit with kats casino again, please warn others. My case is closed.
