I’ve been trying to get this withdrawal for about a month now and I haven’t heard anything back. They told me to email the office manager with all my information and I did. Haven’t heard anything back from them so I don’t know what to do about it

They ask me questions like my email address, my date of birth. I leave my username how much it was and what it was. They sent me like a template. I just answered the questions down the list of the questions. They asked me and I did have a welcome bonus and it was maximum $100 withdrawal and I got $100.

I have submitted that already, but of course it’s to another company third-party company so they can say they never got it or whatever. But I have done that weeks ago. I did it yesterday. I did a day before yesterday. I’ve done it a bunch of times they don’t ever respond or nothing gets away for them to go about not paying is what it is.
