Despite contacting his bank and providing proof, he has not been able to recover the money. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi ,


I have withdrawn $6000 on the 1 st of August , cash out has been approved on the 3 Rd but funds never made it to my account.

I've been told that money has been transferred and should contact my bank, I've done that but bank said there no transaction on hold or any transaction credited to my account from date of cash out . I send proof that money never made it to my account but with no success. What will be the next steps in getting hold of my money ?
