Unfortunately, in my case this was another one of the worse experiences with Stable Tech; apparently, there seem to be big differences between the casinos.
At 6 PM I received an email offering a 200% bonus or 200 spins, which was also displayed after logging in (screenshots available). I deposited using the code (the deposit page confirmed the bonus amount). The bonus has not been activated, and live chat has repeatedly stated that it has expired, despite a 10-minute-old screenshot from my login showing the offer.
Mistakes can happen, no problem. In 99% of cases, the request to have a manager check that the bonus has been offered is forwarded, you wait to use the deposit, and then you soon receive an email confirming that you have manually activated it.
Unfortunately, even after requesting to be forwarded and manually activated three times, I only received a message apologizing that the code had expired and a refund of the deposit was not possible. Well, I'll check what Revolut has to say about it this weekend. =) But honestly, if something is displayed incorrectly, okay, but why they can't just quickly check it and have a manager, rather than a chat agent, activate it is beyond me. If they can't handle such simple processes, then in my opinion, the casino isn't well-managed or the agents aren't properly trained, and you can imagine the problems that arise when bigger issues arise. Now I have to go through the hassle of initiating a chargeback for 20 euros, simply on principle – what a shame.

Hier leider auch auf 3x bitte um weiterleitung und manuelle Aktivierung nur der Hinweis es tät ihm leid und der Code sei abgelaufen, eine Rückzahlung der Einzahlung nicht möglich - nungut, werde ich dann am Wochenende mal schauen, was Revolut dazu sagt =) Aber ganz ehrlich, wenn mal sowas falsch angezeigt wird okee aber das man dann das nicht kurz prüfen und von einem Manager aktrivieren lässt als Chat Agent bzw. nicht kann, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. They have on. their site that you can transfer your VIP status over to them if you have a VIP status at another casino. I decided to do this. I submitted the online form and waited a few days and no response from them. I contact the live chat and told to give it 48hrs and then contact if not heard anything. I tell them I have given it well over 48hrs and it is actually days now since I sent it. I'm told "just wait" and "if I haven't received any response within 48hrs, to contact them again. Everything I just said then, has been going on now for about 6 weeks!!!! They just repeat the same thing, wait, contact if you don't receive an email from the VIP team, speak to love chat when I don't and told to wait, then repeat. I was told some of the times to resubmit the form, send them and email too and I did all of it. I submitted the form about 8 times now, sent multiple emails and have contacted live chat so many times now I've lost count !!
I then finally get contacted after I post a review on a popular review site and told they are processing it immediately and will be in contact very soon.... that was days ago now!! I've since replied again and said you told me you were literally doing it as you were emailing and its been days and they just repeat the same old story of " thanks for your patients, it is being proccessed right now and we will contact" they never do unless I contact them. Live chat staff say they escalate it and nothing happens. They don't even think about the fact that I would be depositing money and playing if they process it and therefore so far they have missed out on quite a lot of money because of it. I literally cannot understand why they email saying they are processing it literally right now and then I hear nothing and they don't even have an excuse when I contact again the next time ! I have never seen such terrible customer service anywhere ! Dont bother trying to play at this casino with your VIP status.
