Good morning Petronela. I have accumulated the winnings and made 22 deposits with this being my second withdrawal. The first withdrawal a couple of months ago was processed with relatively limited issues and the basic verification process. Absolutely nothing has changed....I claim match bonuses via Bitcoin and met playthrough requirements long ago...I am a stickler regarding terms and conditions in which I have not breached any. The funds are still "pending" and it's next to impossible to get a hold of anyone as they ignore my emails and rarely respond to my chat's (wait up to 30 minutes) and they are extremely short, vague, and rude in their responses. I have been told multiple times (going to place notes on financial department desk, send "hot" emails...etc...etc..and I will get paid first thing the next day)...nothing. "your withdrawal is pending"...reverse it now. 18 days....
It's a small amount but it really gets to me being taken advantage of like this and with it being a newer casino I'd rather never receive the funds in submitting a complaint to hopefully help persuade others to avoid this scamsite.
