The player from Indonesia is having difficulties withdrawing his winnings due to unfinished KYC. Casino doesn't answer. After 2 years the casino has approached us with supporting evidence according to which we have decided to reject this complaint as it was unjustified.

i have free 40$ chips and required to 50x wagering and i done wagering with 100$ final balance when i will to withdraw it this casino required kyc with passpord, i dont have passport so i provided my id , and its rejected they said that i not pass the verification , i chat te cs and they said they clossed my account permanently whitout asking other document and other , i dont have multiple account or cheating for completing this wagering, thats why i not recomended with this casino

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Did you provide documents in a sufficient quality? This is usually the reason why documents are being rejected (they are not clear, part of the document is missing, etc.).

i promise i have submitting a very good and clear document, they dont ask me why verification was rejected they just say your account was closed cz not pass the verification thats it no ask for other document or tell me why ,.

We would like to ask the Jackpot Capital Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of Jackpot Capital Casino casino. We would like to allow this case one more chance to be resolved and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion.


The casino has provided us with the supporting evidence for this case, therefrom we were able to see that the player was unable to pass the KYC process. As per this information we are now rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
