Hi I won £390 on this casino , they said my account was fully verified and said my winnings had been paid. I have now sent loads of emails but they are just ignoring them

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please specify when exactly you’ve requested your withdrawal? Which withdrawal method did you use?

Would you be so kind and forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru?

Hi I requested the withdrawal on the 30th September and they said it was paid on 2nd October and that my account was fully verified
