Ive tried to email Hallmark Casino  sserice several times. Get automated reply that I will get response within 24 hrs. I have yet to receive contact. Dissapointed :(

When I sent an email to customer service at Hallmark I relieve auto reply I will be notified within 24 hours. However I've received no other replies. No status update on withdrawal or anything.

Dear Angela,

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. 

If you have sibmitted all the documents required for the verification and the casino didn’t reply it is not necessary a bad sign. Please could you clarify how many days ago you have submitted your documents? Thank you very much in advance.

No updates. Still no reply from Hallmark Casino. I emailed their customer service requesting follow up.
