Worst site I have been on. I Play On a few different sites and this site. I do not recommend to anyone. Even when you give them all your information to verify it’s you they reject it so you can’t withdraw your winnings. I have registered with this Casino few years back, and played without bonus a game Tsai Shens Gift from Playtech provider beting 20 CAD and won free spin bonus round in first spin I won hold and win feature winning already about 240 CAD and I was disconnected, after opening the game there was not bonus or any money from it. I didn't play in that casino, I thought you would try it, but I read on several pages what the casino is like. juice shop! Verification for payment not or hardly executable! 10 different documents in all positions, selfies etc. Each time they are rejected for flimsy reasons eg one document is not enough. The main thing is not to pay out. Hands off!!!

The casino is ridiculous . They don't have the capacity to give the payout. On withdrawal they make so much of excuses. I have uploaded bank statement so many times still they kept asking me to upload again . At the last they blocked my account on the grounds of lame so they don't have to give the winnings. Account is not verified although all the necessary original documents have been submitted, so I find golden star completely ridiculous and should know what a bank statement means in Germany

After my withdrawal request was not accepted 3 times because my account was not verified (this was anything but easy), I made another withdrawal request, which was still not processed after 2 days. VIP does not help, it is answered with ready-made texts, which says that the payment is being processed and you should wait for an e-mail from the finance department. According to the terms and conditions, the request should take a maximum of 24 hours to be processed. Quick update: it's now 64 hours and my withdrawal hasn't been processed yet.
