Hands off.

I deposited via Neteller and the money was not credited. The support only wants to become active after 24 hours. I've been waiting for my Neteller deposit to be credited for over 30 hours now.

That has happened twice now. The first time I thought it would be a one time thing. But no, the same the second time around. The money has of course been deducted from my Neteller account.

The support is absolutely not helpful and always comforts and I believe it is a chat bot that pretends to be a human. You always get the same exact answers. Even after asking for a personalized response, you always get the same canned responses.

This must be imagined. At every other casino, the Neteller deposits are on the account within 1 second and here I have been able to wait over 30 hours without the casino offering a solution.

I have already sent the transaction number several times, which allows you to immediately find the payment in the system. That is not done either.

So hands off. A casino that can't even manage to make deposits work without any problems will be very bad at other things as well.

Worst casino ever . Even if you provide documents for account , they still ask for more . It’s one thing after the other. They don’t want you to collect your winnings. I deposited 3k in a week finally trying to withdraw 1.5 k . It never happened. Stay away . I deleted account and will never go back.
