Stake Casino - Warning

Hi,

I just wanted to warn other players suffering from problem gaming.

Stake Casino has for some reason a "good reputation" on Casino Guru. However, their responsible gaming process is made to have players like me fall back into gaming. They think its a good idea, to put a cool-off period, instead of closing the account when a player requests an account closure

They do not have any interest in helping players, so I wanted to give a heads up - stay far away from this casino!

My complaint remains unresolved, which is even more proof of there ignorance regarding responsible gaming...

It's an unfortunate situation. The casino got black points from us as far as I can see. That means you're right according to CasinoGuru. Anyway, we can't force the casino to refund your deposits.

With such a dangerous way of dealing with responsible gaming, it just feels so insulting to see their "good reputation" and 8.6 score. These so called black points is so tiny and doesnt really give any sense of that they are a rouge provider in terms of responsible gaming.

I know you can't force a return of deposits to players, but a more visible warning would be good to prevent other victims to fall into the same trap. Hope that makes sense.

I’ve been heavily active on this platform for a long time, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. I went through an awful 4-week downswing, and on top of those constant losses, their rigid VIP rules cost me a daily reload.

Because of a single missed day earlier, the entire reload window closed right before I could claim my final remaining bonus. When I reached out to support to look into this unfair system logic, I only got robotic, copy-pasted template responses ignoring the issue entirely.

Zero flexibility or respect for depositing players before reaching Platinum IV. Think twice before investing your money here.

After reading this, Stake looks pretty questionable to me. I’d be careful with a casino that handles responsible gambling issues like this.
