My bank has recommended that I contact you with regards to suspicious transactions on my account. I hereby request an immediate refund on transactions made through your payment system, that then went to an illegally operating gambling site.
This practice is called "transaction laundering", and is typically used to disguise the true purpose of the transaction, thereby bypassing card blocks by using an incorrect Merchant Category Code (MCC).
This is in direct violation of Mastercard and VISA regulations (delete Visa or Mastercard whichever one your card isn’t with) and qualifies the transaction for a chargeback. Furthermore, I to this day have not received any service or goods from you.
I have many transactions before this date

I can attach my bank statement(s) showing these transactions if required.
I must inform you, that if I do not hear back from you within 7 days, I will be filing for a chargeback with my bank.

To further add out of 20 transactions only one merchant refunded me directly and I still have outstanding ones with them (finnart).
The banks refunded 8 via a vid credit card under incorrect MCC no challenge and been almost 4 months.
Waiting now until 27th Jan to see if any challenge on my remaining chargebacks via Mastercard on goods not received.
It was mentioned on here a little while back that usoftgaming nv do respond to chargeback requests. I have that exact situation, they waited until literally hours before the deadline before they responded to my claim.
has anyone had any experience with this? I've got a further 7 days (as it's been 3 days since I got the response and ive been thinking on what to do) to respond to their rebuttal.
I honestly thought it would be a pass/fail situation but now I'm nervous believing I could be close to reclaiming my money back if I can write my argument strongly enough. Anyone got experience of this company?
Challenged under the fact you did receive the goods? If they have them I suggest challenging them back on what email address was used, show you the login details for the website etc. You can request that information via GDPR, this is what advice I was given and many pages a go shared with others do GDPR they won’t respond and that supports the arguement.

ive emailed don with the relevant information and I’m awaiting a response of the compliance officer. I received a response of Payver who state that they take this very seriously.
any more information or how to go about this? I’m currently disputing albedo with chase stating I’ve not received no digital art this is £4000.

This is the only way to go with Chase as they are so robotic in their response, the 45 days will be like 53 as they make their own rules up. My advice log a complaint against Chase straight away it does move things along and request all your data from the merchant under GDPR
Could do with a bit of support with it? Is that possible would you email me how to go about this issue? Would be greatly welcome because seems im speaking to robots?

I can summarise for you on here so others also benefit:
Raise a dispute with Chase goods not received.
Then ask why they won’t provisionally refund despite Mastercard terms saying they will, raise a complaint this will speed up the chargeback usually a few days to get it sorted ( they won’t refund until day 53). Live chat complaints or email jamie.dimon@jpmchase.com
Then on the merchants website they will have a company email so example finnart is Emega touch from memory and within the terms on the website you will find this and it will usually be GDPR@whatevercompany.com
Email and ask for all data if they don’t respond in 30 days report to the country they operate in, so google GPDR complaints Estonia for example

You won't get anywhere with donbet .They are the worse matter how much info you send them on mcc miscoding and licence laws they come back and say they are fully compliant in money processing
