I’d like to do this but I feel like the cgb are going to reject everything. The whole system needs shutting down and needs exposing here in the UK at least so people are aware about what’s going on.
A lot is being done about gambling here but seems like ukgc are doing fuck all

Did you raise this as fraud? Because if you did, if you authorised the payment it wouldn't be classed as fraud. You should of raised it as goods/services not received.

hey, I had exactly the same problem with pay op. I have no idea on them. I have gave up with them. With regards to noltiro, they will dispute. They are non contactable but I'm sure they have disputed one of mine from an unlicensed casino.
However the bank discovered that the company is not called TopUp.com but is called Gaiw-deposit

That's good news. Now you will have to wait. Was it with visa or Mastercard? Visa usually gives the merchant 30 days to respond but I think Mastercard gives them 45 days or something. It will now depend whether the merchant disputes the payments. If they dispute them, the bank will let you know so you will have to just have to keep checking your app.
Finally I found out that the company TopUp.com was only used as a name, but the payment went to Gaiw-deposit London. Can you tell me something? My card is Visa anyway... thanks
