Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (page 335)

I mean at Modulr you’ve got the ceo involved who was in cc the whole time..

again don’t wanna give up. I lost this money almost a year ago and I’m over it. I just wanna see Santeda and it’s ponzy scams burn.. what hurts the most is that I have proof my account for closed permanently in feb 2024 but they lie despite there being proof. It’s so fucking stupid.

Regarding Santeda, I’m doing a deep dive now and finding out some weird stuff.

They were known as OnyxioN Limited previously and appear to still be operating under this name in Malta where they have a gambling license for the 31Bet brand including permission to provide Evolution Gaming games and other familiar names.

Bear with me, I’m still digging, oddly the 31Bet site is blocked for me but I’m finding this development very interesting…

Keep tagging the FCA etc and forward any communications to them, i'd also ask them to reply in thread so you can communicate between all parties efficiently, if they refuse then surely the FCA will see this as suspicious activity. I wanna see Santeda go down completely, i wish i could find more information on the CEO but sadly it's all shell companies and weird addresses in obscure locations like Cyprus, Curacao, Latvia etc, even the UK addresses are default company addresses, it's wild how i can spend four or five hours and have multiple trails to go down but the regulatory bodies have infinitely more resources, legal authority but cannot do anything at all.

It could be Santeda impersonating them unless there's legal documentation, they claimed to be under an advertising agency, iga something dot com was the website (cant remember the full web address) but after emailing that agency directly and checking their website they claimed to know nothing about them, as for Merab Dvalishvili he's a UFC world champion, he may have ties as a minor shareholder to 31bet but i don't think he'd be involved in anything shady or if he is involved he's not aware of the practices.

There's a lot of inconsistent information available regarding Santeda and it's websites, and compared to other casinos, generally the amount of information is minimal, it's almost like they either actively erase what they can about themselves or they're basically a shell company name for a bunch of illegal operations, even the review websites all seem to be bot comments.

You are right that they could be impersonating another brand’s identity but I feel it’s unlikely, there’s quite a lot of similarities in the reviews of 31Bet and the Santeda brands if you research it.

I'd like to find some documents or reports in reference to the brand change from OnyxioN to Santeda, also going to have a research into OnyxioN tomorrow, very interesting development for me as that's new information, entirely new corridor for me to dig into. A lot of these websites are incredibly shady, i think they use these sports personalities as ambassadors to give them "credibility" or legitimize them as the sports personalities probably know little about the practices etc. Very sketchy, also a slippery slope on the sports personalities side aswell as they could be found to be complicit.

I have a strong feeling the ceo is a guy called Matthew mills in Australia, and that Andreas and another co owner Rudsel Lucas as his casino licensing company seems to be registered against the same address as Santeda

Are there any legitimate ways to help get money back….all these casinos use 3rd party payment merchants.I feel like I’m drowning I got an email back from fresh bet basically saying fuck your we are not paying you back even tho I believe they are at fault.please any help or advise on even where to begin would be so much appreciated

How did you get yours back mate? Ombudsman? Mines via bank transfers soo it’s a bit different. Im gone with gambling now mate my partner controls the banking 2 months clean im performing at work and still suffering the consequences of my actions so don’t see that changing. It makes me feel low because I never know when to stop even when I win big I put it all back lol

Did you bank transfer your deposits or card payment them? If it’s a bank transfer then check who the sort code and account number belong to
