How did he help you may i ask? Did you employ him or reference his "work" on the subject of curacao casinos? Looking at all options here as the ombudsman has taken nearly 4 months to contact me back in regards to assigning me an agent

They asked me 5 questions, and one being ‘Were you able to make utilise the funds you had deposited into your casino account?’


gave me a deadline of 6th jan to reply so presume my bank will have the same deadline which is annoying and long

Guys, I’m a recovering gambling addict who opened a mystake account in 2023 after registering with gamstop. Since then I’ve lost well over £100,000 which a lot was stolen from family members who I defrauded. Luckily, my brother received the money back from the bank as I stole from him which is disgusting but I admit I have a problem. Gambling is a disgusting habit and I’m seeking professional help against addiction. Action fraud are also after me as I’ve stolen money from other people too. The debts have been passed on to me and mystake closed my account before reopening it again within a few days. Now everything is permanently blocked. Can I claim this money back from the banks?
