That's exactly what my bank did to me, I raised to the Ombudsman and they took my banks side. I don't know what else to do.
No do not give up, those fraud companys must pay back the money. Keep email them and involve a lawyer that can help you if the total sum is big.
i have charges from a "Falcora finance" but can’t find anything for them online along with "ZPDG" the banks don’t seem to care at all
Hi,
They did them under some code they didnt mention it but basically its about the wrong MCC code been used, they new they was gambling related but raised them for me as wrong MCC which is enough grounds to raise them.
Thanks for the response, is there anywhere I can reach you to privately message you about how you won your appeals. I’m still a little confused by it. Thanks.
its so annoying the bank want to side with the casinos who are clearly hiding transactions for a reason…
i haven't won nothing yet i am just waiting to see if the merchant's dispute the chargeback's i have 2 weeks left to wait but you can email me if you like williamj1986@icloud.com
I have won around 2.300 euro yet, around 1.000 eur in refunds from the payment gateways and the rest on revolut chargeback. Waiting for a 15.000 eur now, my bank has accepted it and raised the chargeback. Hope this one goes as planned.
There is 1 rule to be able to claim those transactions back. You only have 1 shot really
I just got the refund Kinghills but £330 less than it should be at £4670 should I go for chargebacks at the bank now and do the double ?
Hello mate ,
falcora finance website is falcorafinance.io if you want to contact them directly . If you’re looking to do chargebacks do not mention anything about gambling or they won’t accept , just say goods/services not received and then state you bought cryptocurrency or NFTs . But am sure falcora finance are done through APP payments which is a bank transfer so I don’t think you can chargeback those the same way .
hope this helps
