The reason was that I had placed some bets over 5 euros, even though the majority of my bets were well below this amount (30 NOK – approximately 3 euros).
The worst part is that Energi Casino has no system to prevent players from exceeding the betting limits. They let me place higher bets and then confiscated my winnings without any warning or protection. This is a clear breach of fair gaming practices and a completely unfair treatment of players.
