A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

do You know if there is any way round bank transfers to falcora finance or is it a complete dead end? TSB told me it’s a no go but you seem clued up with the visa/mastercard so was just wondering if there was any other way.

Only way I see it is the new rules around APP fraud. Not sure if anyone on here has had success but worth searching that and seeing if you can argue on that basis. Bank transfers are likely not to get refunded but worth looking into the new rules TSB have signed up to them but it is voluntary not law. My thoughts would be that the company promised you something and would only accept bank transfer and no goods so it is a scam, it may not work but worth a go

I've got an ongoing issue with Falcora/Santeda. I may be able to help you and you may be able to help me. Just be prepared for a long battle but I'm thinking of starting a class action case.

You need to get evidence of the funds going out of your account an the issue with the gambling site, you need to prove why you haven't received them. Even if it's a different merchant to bypass gamstops they won't pay you because they see it as the service was still provided

IMO. Telling them its gambling related it's the best course of action, it's being honest, rather than a blag. Often the merchants won't be licensed to operate in such financial matters. This is evidence you need to collate. You need alot of evidence when you go down the path of telling them its gambling related. 1. Because they see you as an immediate liability in that sense so you need to evidence everything.

Many others have lots of success with the good not received for what ever they are disputing ect. For me I can give them alot more evidence of wrong doing if there has been foul play that I can prove an there is a reason to why I'm disputing.

MasterCard are more stringent than visa when it comes to disputes.

Well, so I've found anyways

Hi all,

I have recently had a successful dispute from a revolut chargeback against SolarBee, and they have raised another against Labonaa Global Limited. I have also quite a bit of money lost through transactions to sknsmgnt which happily I've found out is skinsmagnate through this brilliant thread! So I've emailed them direct to see if I can get a response. I'm happy to give any advice if anyone needs it on how I went about the successful one. Also I have a few more transactions to various merchants that I'd like to list and see if anyone has their contact information? They are;

CVN Technology

a55.tech

DSTLD

E0000508

E0000427

WBMSC LTD

Thanks all I appreciate all the info on here so much!
