A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

They sell it on to the dark web but there is not much they can do with it to be honest with you but one time using a really dodgy site they started buying flights to Africa and I called the bank they refunded the £3000 lost at the fake site and the flight ticket £700 right away so it was good for me ! was hoping they did this again !

Oh wow they were actually using your card for random stuff, that’s insane! I don’t know anything about the African-based unlicensed sites. The dark web stuff is scary though. 😕

The whole shit will only stop if we stop paying money to these "criminals". However, it seems to be a modern form of money laundering that has been going on for at least 10 years without any consequences for the operators. The card issuers VISA and Mastercard don't give a damn, they get their money for providing it to the banks.

In the EU, all that glitters is not gold. Any idiot can open an e-money institution, and that's where the whole problem begins. Strangely enough, it's always Eastern Europeans who run these "companies". Person A sets up an e-money institution with permission to process credit card payments via VISA / Mastercard - Person B sets up the payment service and in the end everything is merged.

I've already written about it, the VISA/Mastercard network has fallen into the hands of criminals and that's where we need to start to stop all this crap. But nobody cares about it.

You can't achieve anything on your own, you can't do anything, no matter how much you report, the authorities will label it as a gambling addict trying to get his money back, why should we lift a finger? Or it's our own fault, etc.

At the latest when all instances have been gone through, a line should be drawn under the matter: the ombudsman decides per bank, the banks per payment service, the payment service does not react, then the bus has left the station, only a lawsuit could help.

If you're always chasing your money, you can never put the past behind you; you have to look forward. Otherwise, every time a company or bank turns you down, you'll feel like you've lost it, and that's not good!

Draw a line under it promptly and don't waste energy that you could use better elsewhere.

You have to read between the lines on all the service providers' credit card statements and do a bit of puzzling. Add a few letters.

You've really got yourself into trouble here, you're catching exactly the dealers who don't communicate.

Skinsmagnate are related to many others or they are the same, all registered at the same address.

85 GREAT PORTLAND STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND W1W 7LT. Tel.

I've accepted the fact I'd lost the money prior to finding out about chargebacks, but if there is any hope of recouping some then fine.

Apparently KTM have just refunded me! After 2 weeks of them refusing I began emailing CEOs and their partner companies and they finally backed down.

Woooop buzzing with this one as it’s the one I had most transactions with 🤩🤩
