A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Have you requested a SAR on your file that should require them to produce the evidence.

I reckon they have zero evidence hence the delay and it’s likely the merchant only came back with we don’t agree with it rather than anything like an invoice. I appreciate they raise them but the service is pretty much the worse I have ever had from a bank

I'm just telling you that I'm waiting for a response from Revolut for a formal complaint that I sent to them, as they rejected two complaints from nikotf without explanation.. where there was clearly proof of contact with the skin shop, on Friday I contacted the chat again and they told me that they urged the relevant department again.. when Revolut rejects the first time, the only option is to contact the fos

Dear Support,

I am writing to formally request an immediate refund of funds that I deposited and/or lost on your platform, in cryptocurrency. These transactions occurred without adequate consumer protections and under circumstances I believe to be unlawful under multiple international regulatory frameworks.

Please be advised of the following:

Your operation is not licensed in the United Kingdom, and as such, your platform is offering gambling services to UK residents in violation of the UK Gambling Act 2005. This constitutes illegal remote gambling under UK law, and I have already begun preparing a formal report to the UK Gambling Commission and Action Fraud.

I have retained screenshots, wallet transaction IDs, and all relevant communication for use in legal and regulatory complaints. I am currently compiling a file to be submitted to:

UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

Interpol’s Cybercrime Directorate

Europol’s European Cybercrime Centre

Blockchain analysis firms such as Chainalysis to assist in tracking wallet activity

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will:

File formal fraud reports with both local and international authorities

Initiate proceedings under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs) and relevant civil fraud statutes

Publicly report your platform via online watchdogs, social media, and casino scam-reporting forums

It is also worth noting that crypto-to-fiat exit points can and are being monitored, and I am currently consulting with legal counsel to explore how to freeze wallet assets or seek restitution via third-party custodians or exchanges.

I urge you to treat this request seriously and respond within 7 days. If I do not receive confirmation of a full refund within this timeframe, I will proceed with the above actions without further notice.

This is your opportunity to resolve this issue amicably and avoid further legal escalation.

Sincerely,

You won’t; you’ll just squander it all in the next casino, before throwing yourself off the balcony.

Any one any ideas here, for E000348 monzo bank has said "we cannot dispute these, as soon as the money has hit the merchants bank account it classes as services provided"

Reckon that’s linked to crypto? I have cryptoplaza on one, Chase want to me to send terms to them I haven’t as it states on the terms no refunds as it’s crypto. I have had to say it’s digital art and hope they actually raise, even though crypto is actually blocked on Chase anyway but they won’t entertain any crypto or gambling.

I do think they are becoming wise to this as some of the names now how are we supposed to find some of them, banks don’t tell you and impossible to search

It may be. I’ve said it was digital gaming cards, but they just said it was because the money has reached the merchants bank.

Strange one really, as it’s a card payment not money transfer. Would be a help if the E numbers were actually traceable, you would think the banks would have more information than they do.

I’ve raised them again and told them to please look at the further evidence such as Swipez saying they will locate them then ignore me

These non main banks such as Revolut, Chase and Monzo are a right pain in the arse to be fair
