A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Ok so if I understand correctly, your bank has confirmed that the transactions are linked to TRND . Com

which is fantastic then, it gives us hope... during the week I'll send the complaint to my bank, they are very quick, max 5 days from receiving the dispute they confirm whether they will take charge of it or not

Hi guys I posted a number of weeks back regarding open banking transfers, progress is being made!!

I only used nationwide, my solicitor advised that I find couple of people with different accounts to raise the issue. I will need dates etc from you to get the letters correct to be sent, the time frame is much longer than charge back they have 16 weeks to respond so it won’t be quick. Also the period that can be claimed is 13 months if it hasn’t been raised previously however if you have discussed it with your bank and been dismissed the 13 months backdates from the date of contact.

I can only have two people at this time and they must commit to not sharing the information provided as if banks get bombarded with the same stuff from lots of people they will not take it seriously. If successful all information will be shared so everyone can take action. If you haven’t already spoken to your bank do it now so you can date back 13 months from today!

If you are trying to obtain your winning then log a complaint via the complaints service.

If you are trying to chargeback then work out the route you want to go via incorrect MCC or gods not received.

Once decided read through as much as you can then put any unknown answers on the forum and someone will help

I would say the chances of actually getting the winnings are likely zero as these sites are criminals so probably best to focus on getting the deposits back

Chase are so infuriating supplied all information up front, 10 days later please supply information about the goods. The amount of time they waste is incredible.

Skinsmagnate disputed my chargeback on the 31st March. Chase failed to show me the evidence merchant provided. Already asked them to show me the proof or to give me the final response letter. They always saying they put a note on my account and advise me to keep "the line open" to be contacted by their special department. 8 weeks soon since my initial formal complaint and i'll raise this matter to FOS.

Yes the old keep the line open, they closed a complaint on mine without investigating. Utterly useless.

Have you requested a SAR on your file that should require them to produce the evidence.

"I understand this is frustrating. Unfortunately, according to Mastercard rules, we do not have the right to dispute these specific transactions. I recommend contacting your local consumer protection agency for further assistance."
