A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Stick with that then, hopefully they chargeback for you. Is it VISA or Mastercard?

Revolut are useless. Raised a chargeback for me on the 8th but Iv had an email from the merchant saying they refunded me on the 7th. Now Revolut are saying I have to wait for the chargeback timeframe despite the funds already being credited back. Crazy!!

It’s a tricky one, what merchant? The only thing I could think of is going screen crashed so you have no evidence, if digital wallet then crypto and depending on banks most of these payments if graded properly are rejected. Chase stop all crypto if correct code used such as coinbase so again they are bypassing a block

Guys I need some advice, so I signed a waiver with one particular casino in exchange for a partial refund, however I wasn’t actually certain who exactly their processors were and couldn’t track all the transactions relating to them apart from one merchant, I had asked for their processors but they wouldn’t say, anyway I got a refund, however I reached out to other merchants which this casino contacted me again and said that all refunds had been processed in accordance with waiver and not to contact their processors ie the refunds with descriptors of these merchants. I have since reported one of these merchants to Lithuanian police and now they are asking for all correspondence between me and this casino and me and this merchant, should I pursue this?

Done final two with Chase clearly flagged something as I have had several more questions pushed on me

Try this link and contact form - I have messaged maybe incorrect but it’s a lead with an actual website and has a European holding company like a lot of these do.

https://www.trnd.com/uk/about-trnd/about-trnd/contact

I searched TRND body maintenance. That bought these up assumed BM part of the TRND may stand for something?

Also noticed this and I would imagine it’s me being crazy but isn’t this very similar to Terra related stuff Copyright © 2025 TERRITORY Influence GmbH. Collaborative Marketing. Probably nothing just been staring at companies for the last two weeks…..

How's your case going? Santander has already denied me twice.

Ive Just had a load of notifications from Revolut on my app that the chargebacks are declined, there are only 4 disputes left open.

I have had no reply to the email I sent them though.

I’ve gone down the fraud/scam route with this because there were so many transactions 144 in total with Revolut

only 4 left open as said.

No reply to the email, just let it go to the FOS?

I am not sure going scam/fraud works as Mastercard terms are if you approved it they won’t do anything. Someone else may know

more about Revolut than me but can you open them again as goods not received?

These were mainly VISA but some Mastercard also.

I've sent a full email explaining everything to revolut I posted it here on Sunday so I'm not sure if I can just change it to goods not received now?

See what reply I get from that....

I'm happy for it to just go to the FOS tbh

Sounds like the goods not received is failing in cases they are wise to it with the fake invoices think im sticking to the way I did my other ones tell the whole story again the bank knows by now anyway

Nope couldn't track them down unfortunately.

I'll just wait for Revoluts reply, I've already touched base with the FOS and I'll let them deal with it.

Hello? I also have several transactions with TRNDBM and I have looked in depth at the Trnd site that you linked.. my transactions are in Cardiff, and this company if it has a similar name and deals with body products, I think unfortunately that it has nothing to do with it

Possibly but Chase were insistent on more information this time round so worth a shot. Only E0000480 refunded directly to me following the chargeback being initiated so I full expect no matter who you email it’s a bank chargeback. TRND on my statement is London so something funny is going on with it, probably a completely different name to throw us all off charging back
