Had a weird one today. Notification come through from the bank saying Redwerkonline accepted a refund request of £56.. now bare in mind I emailed these back in August 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ they also only refunded 1 transaction when there was 3 and the lowest. Funny it took so long but its £50 out of nowhere so I'll take it 🤣🤷‍♂️

Hey guys, I have a lot of money spent at luckyones. After I won 4k through bonus but they invalidated it I decided to go after them. I have 3000€ split in two transactions (minutes apart) to this company : Hashbon React

The transactions are from last week.

Hi guys,

I was on the live chat to my bank asking for a refund/chargeback. Spent around an hour and the agent said he was sending me the refund now, and confirmed it and then came back 20 minutes later and said actually no ignore what i said I’m not doing it now. It’s atrocious. I asked to be put through to complaints, can’t see them doing anything.

Anybody had any luck with revolut so far? I hace managed to get them to raise the chargeback to the merchant. Now I'm waiting until 26 Feb for an answer. Do these companies usually fight back or just ignore the bank?

No, it's fine, I already found out their company based in Czechia and their email and everything. Contacted them for a refund (they ignored my email). Will they contest the chargeback I submitted through my bank or do usually ignore that and just leave the deadline pass? I also threatened separately them that I will report to the Czech authorities the fact that they are a gateway for illegal offshore gambling.

So I’ve just contacted chase. Been on the phone to a specialist for 40minutes about a chargeback claim against Nikotpf global stride which I think is elegro.eu stated that the payment system was though elegro eu and spoke to someone on telegram who was working part of that company to sell me crypto and as goods not received scam.


what’s the chances of charge back with no evidence other than email to elegro.eu and a response saying issue chargeback?

I am at the end of my tether with Revolut, back in August last year when I lost significant sums through Santeda’s sites the outcome of their formal complaint was they would try to recover the funds even though the unregulated gambling sites go against their terms. Now they are telling me they stopped trying to recover funds as it went against their terms even though they knew this when the told me they would still try to recover the funds! And their dimwit staff won’t explain to me why the change, they just keep pumping out the same bot responses! Dealing with that ‘bank’ is enough to trigger a nervous breakdown.
