Re raise them as no goods or service! Regardless if it's 3ds you still have not got any goods from the merchant. They declined all mine when I mentioned the G word. But now raised and some successful, waiting on others. With ni goods / services x

Hi All, long time lurker on here. Has anyone had a successful SAR request with any of these companies? Betti have refused mine, I have raised a complaint to the ICO but TBH I'm not completely sure what kind of threat this is to these organisations? As they already seem to act outside the laws here anyway

Once you have raised so many. Go on to revolt live chat and tell them to get the others raised for you manually say you can only do so many yourself x

So raise them once chargeback accept it, then go on live chat and tell them to raise the others for that company as it's only allowing you to do max 20 for eg. It works I've just raised 170 with them today and could only manually do 20 myself and got them to raise the rest x

My advise would be to research what the merchant that appears on your statement sells. Email them stating you have not recieved your goods. Lack of a response is enough to raise a chargeback under goods not recieved. You have proof that you emailed and they never responded
