Revolut is a nightmare for chargebacks. They have declined every one of mine. They said I 3ds and confirmed payment so nothing they can do and declined them via the app. I’ve emailed them a compliant explaining everything to be honest & asking them to file the chargebacks and if they won’t I’ll go FOS. Nothing back as yet

You raised them as fraud then? Do not ever raise as fraud if you have authorised them. You can still ask them to raise as Goods and Services not received even if they have previously attempted another route - FOS confirmed.

Re raise them as no goods or service! Regardless if it's 3ds you still have not got any goods from the merchant. They declined all mine when I mentioned the G word. But now raised and some successful, waiting on others. With ni goods / services x


Charge backs won't help for fraud/scam different department.

No I raised as wanting to dispute the transaction. There is no option available for goods or services under revolut for the crypto payments.

I’ve had to email them explaining everything then asked them to submit at there end. If they don’t will go FOS

filethis is the options I’ve got on revolut. Nothing for goods and services. On other transactions ie food shop for example goods and services come up. Doesn’t for the payments taken by the crypto scammers

If you have any other "regular" transactions that you also want to get the money back for, you can select the regular one, and then add these crypto transactions when you can "select more transactions that you want to dispute for chargeback"



It worked to do this before without any problems, I think you could have 4 transactions at a time to dispute.

Cheers. I’ve found how to do this now. Only problem is they’ve declined a number of them already so isn’t showing the Majority. Hopefully they respond back to my email soon and resubmit

Hi All, long time lurker on here. Has anyone had a successful SAR request with any of these companies? Betti have refused mine, I have raised a complaint to the ICO but TBH I'm not completely sure what kind of threat this is to these organisations? As they already seem to act outside the laws here anyway
