A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

If outside 120 days you tell them it was for a holiday [ if large sums ] or a concert for a future date. It over rules the 120 day mastercard rules

That is what I thought but who are they associated with? Is there a website or store?

I really don't have a clue! It's a nightmare seriously. I hope someone can help us.

I used jokabet predominantly and they used a ton of different company names to take funds. My delivery are super hard to find!

Where does it state Nikotpf are on an FCA warning list and are unable to conduct business in the UK? This could blow my FOS case wide open

Thank you! This is a potential game changer for me

Amazing, are you sure you can't dispute charges older than 120 days? If they're illegitimate then surely you should be able to.

jokabet shouldn’t have allowed you to join in the first place because they ban people joining from the UK

me and a few others raised the issue to them and got our money back from them.

i would have a look at the terms and and proceed from there

Can't believe I hadn't seen this before.

given that they are owned by santeda group surely it should be the same for the rest of those casinos. How dd you go about getting a refund?

Found out today that chargebacks can go back 540 days in special circumstances.

I recommend anyone with questions to use Chatgpt I have found out so much information and advice including chargeback rules and information regarding merchants being on FCA warning list etc

I've sent complaints to both my banks and FCA today.

Now that MasterCard and Visa are in media for this, can a class action go forward. Anyone on here with legal experience?

Time is coming for Santeda - think there is too much against them at the moment. So many delisting notices from governments across the world that they have simply ignored. Things have moved on though and their time is coming.

Yes they can go back further but this is super rare unfortunately and only in extreme circumstances such as a court order. As someone else said, if its linked to holidays or other protected consumer goods then it is possible to go back over 120 days as well.

Yes this is correct say its holiday or a concert if the purchase is for a future date then they have to overlook the 120days 🙂

You can providing you state its for a holiday or concert something that's further down the line in terms of dates. Otherwise I have no idea, of the other special rules. X

Guys if your struggling with 120 days don't fear.

State that you purchased a 30day cruise or flights and then send a email to the company in question for proof to the bank you've made communication to no avail. They will raise them. I bank with revolut and they are just like monzo! but know what your saying and you'll have no issue. Never mention gambling unless your certain you can get it that way. But no goods / services because we have technically not had goods or services from these companies in question. X
