A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Yes I'm fully aware about Monzo I've raised chargebacks with them but very long winded and customer service is shocking. I've had to raise a complaint for the other disputes. They wouldn't entertain mcc so was forced to use goods not received.

So I did all that for verification purposes and they still didn't refund me it was Leo Richie and lucky Barry they basically got all my info and told me no after a review.

They want all your personal information.. crooks! All those requests are unnecessary.

I raised two disputes with Monzo for the same issue—one chargeback was successful, but the other was declined. It just doesn’t add up. Make it make sense!

If you are not sharing please get out of here. Without us sharing things would you able to have your funds i don’t think so just get out of here there is no room for selfish people

Guys, if someone has done the research. They are well within the rights to hold off sharing till they get the refund. I don’t understand withholding the info after that point.

That is really unnecessary and uncalled for. I have emailed template letters etc to people in the past and always happy to help. I have not even received any funds from them and not sure I will. I didn’t have time to go into massive detail earlier but I am pretty certain I have tracked them down but not 100% until I get a proper response. (Just wanted to give some hope to anyone who has transactions through them that they MAY be uncovered). This has taken me a long time and a lot of effort to find but I am still not 100% it’s them until I receive a full response. I do not want to share the various email addresses I have found through extensive investigation unless it is a definite as what good would that do 🤦‍♀️

I have tried to post a response which is now under review but believe me I am not being selfish. I have put a lot of time and effort into possibly tracking them down but no results to report as yet so still not 100% on this which would make it irresponsible to share at this stage. Just wanted to put some potential hope out there. If it works out I certainly will not be sharing with you now!
