A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

So having had no response from pixeleum.io and finnart.io, I decided to purchase company reports and have now contacted other companies that are written on the reports I also have the names of the directors but unsure if I should message them through linkedin. Any one else done this and been successful. They are both based in Cork, Ireland but director for pixeleum or Nordmedia solutions is based in Sweden and Director for finnart or Emega touch limited is Malta.

Any info would be great!

Hello,

Sadly, there is no such option available. Currently, almost all operators operate under a license that defines the rules and scope of self-exclusion. Moreover, virtually all operators offer some sort of self-exclusion to their players, whose scope is highly dependent on regulatory requirements and decisions of individual operators.

There are no shared standards; thus, there is no complex solution. Just these two general ways:

"Single-operator level: Typically, when self-excluding in an online casino, the self-exclusion does not extend to other operators. This creates a problem: self-excluded players can freely access and play at other casino websites, bringing the overall effectiveness of such self-exclusion schemes into question. The Global Self-Exclusion System (GSES) was created to offer a solution that eliminates this problem.

Nationwide/license-wide level: Some countries and online gambling regulators, such as the UK, Sweden, or the Netherlands, operate wider self-exclusion schemes, which require their licensees (operators) to be part of nationwide (license-wide) self-exclusion schemes. These allow players to self-exclude from all casinos licensed in a specific country or by a specific regulator at once, creating a better level of protection."

Šimon has been working on that subject for quite some time and as another substitutional tool; with his team, he's also working on "SEAT" (no car involved)

Hello All,

I have managed to raise chargeback with terrvers with Revolut. They have till the 4th May to respond. I have found Revolut to have the longest process.

I have also raised disputes with nationwide who have provisionally credited my disputes.

i am only in process of raising a chargeback/scam with TSB. For Falcora finance towards golden bet. I have said to them that I authorised the payments but I have a gambling stop on my debit card. I explained that they have been constantly contacting me asking me to deposit on the betting site. I have said they told me to make deposits using bank transfer through Falcora finance but when I checked Falcora finance terms and conditions they do not permit gambling. So just like debit card payments they are clearly using a wrong merchant code. TSB have said they’ll look into this in the next 5 working days. As I mentioned that I managed to deposit but they’ve closed my account soon as I deposited.

Did you raise it as a scam or a chargeback? I got a call from them today and went through it with a lady over the phone! With it being a Falcora transaction I weren’t sure if I will get anywhere with it!

Kishen2777

I raised it as a scam and sent all of the screen shots. Did it via chat so not had a phone all yet. When did you raise yours?

JosieRosie46

I raised mine yesterday, you probably provided enough evidence. I don’t hence why they rang me. Could you let me know how you get on with them? Likewise if I hear a response!

Kishen2777

Ah that makes sense, I just literally put every single screenshot in I had and then added the part that you put in from their terms saying they don’t permit gambling too earlier.

will do I’ll drop you a reply when I hear - good luck with yours!
