A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Also had an email now from Niko-technologies saying the same generic bull "we don't identify you as a customer" even though on my bank statements in black and white it says Nikotpf*.

Is anyone having any success with companies saying that to them?

On my transaction list it said "NIKOTPF" but on my statement it said "NIKOTPF*21Mastery LTD

The exact same thing happened to me haha. Rolletto said i was blocked basically "just cause" so yeah they have deffo given themselves away, more fuel to the fire for me. How did you find their banks? Could you possibly share that info as i feel ive got GoldenBet on the ropes and just need a little more to make them cave in.

I think you have 520 days for illegal transactions

Yes, it’s odd because I complained to Velobet before and they didn’t block my accounts on their sister sites until I sent this email CC’ing different institutions! Mine were bank transfers and I searched the sort code/account number shown on my Revolut statement which traced back to ClearBank which is the bank of the named merchant (Falcora Finance). If yours were card transactions then I don’t know how banks fit into that as not something I’ve researched, I’m sorry.

Mine were also bank transfers! I emailed ClearBank and Falcora, ClearBank got back to me within24 hours and said they had no affiliation with Falcora, weird!

Submitted multiple disputes as fraud to two separate banks of mine. Will update on what happens. Didn't want to go down the goods and services route in fear of being rejected due to them finding out its for gambling.

I just want to follow up on my fraud claims....it worked. Bank of America took my side no questions asked and Bovada closed my account. Win/Win. I got back around $1k.

I feel for you, it feels impossible to get any recourse with bank transfers doesn’t it? Yeah Falcora and ClearBank have been hopeless, they just send a copy/paste about GDPR and tell me to contact my bank so they can ‘go through the official channels’ which is utterly useless advice when your bank is Revolut and full of staff who might as well be bots!
