A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

What did you say to Global Stride to get refund?

When i complained about few months ago they has said this:

Thank you for your message.

Following a further review, we can confirm that we were unable to locate a customer account registered under your email address for these transactions. As a valid account is required for purchase confirmation and we found none, the standard protocol for suspected unauthorized card use is to contact your bank or card issuer to initiate a chargeback.

Please understand that we strictly adhere to the guidelines set by Visa and Mastercard and do not retain the funds once a dispute is officially filed. We recommend contacting your bank to begin this process immediately.

Kind regards,

Support Team

if these are bank transfers that’s why a fraud report is the only option. Even if it’s an authorised transaction. Probably won’t get anywhere though like mine didn’t.

basically just say the mcc miscoding and transaction laundering for unlicensed gambling websites. you never held an account with them. If they still refuse just go through chargebacks - should be good evidence for that

Would appreciate any advice please!!

'Fiveoclockspins' on bank transaction which was made by bank transfer. Payment processer is ISX tech.

I have had a lot of information confirmed by my banks. Some admissions of incorrect MCC, sometimes which acquirer. However, pursuing complaints via the bank track when I myself authenticated the payments has so far not given me any refunds, but continues to move on to the next instance. My game deposits have never been presented as the correct MCC 7995 in all cases.

7 different names that can be linked to Cardaq limited as an acquirer:

abc company (Doncaster) MCC 7399 - other business services

VEL (London) MCC 7339 Stenography and business services.

Xorsolution_image (London) MCC 5815 - digital media products

ART Solution (London) MCC 5815 - Digital Media Production

Vocaloidy (London) MCC 5815 - Digital Media Production

Trybot trade Ltd (Gibraltar) MCC 5734 - Software

Trapsnake (London) MCC 5816 - Digital Games

Below are other names with confirmed MCC but other information such as acquirers is missing:

Wert (Tallinn) MCC 6051 - Cash-like transaction/Crypto

Icon.finance (Warsaw) MCC 6051 - Cash-like transaction/Crypto.

Payver Vlts MCC 7311 - advertising services

Fri lnr (london) MCC 7399 - other business services

Trgr MCC 7299 - other services

I have lost about 60,000 euros in six months with borrowed funds to a banned gambling site targeting my country but so far my attempts at repayment have not resulted in anything from any party. I have made numerous complaints and formal appeals but constantly face rejections or no response. But I continue to pursue the cases as far as I can. I have submitted tips to the gambling authority, submitted disputes to both ARN and the Lithuanian Central Bank.

I hope someone can benefit from some of the information I shared.

Thanks, that's really useful. So XOR Visual Layer and Art Solution are confirmed as having Cardaq as the acquirer in your case?

Interesting that none of them were presented under a gambling MCC. Do you know what MCC was actually used for those transactions? I have quite a lot of payments under these descriptors, so I'm trying to understand exactly how they were processed and whether Xpate was involved anywhere in the payment chain.

I’ve just had some new information that XOR Visual Layer and Art Solution may have Cardaq as the acquirer. I’m still trying to verify the details and find out what sits behind Visual Mill and Hexo Land.

I was also told that the transactions weren’t presented under a gambling MCC, which is interesting. I’m trying to get the exact MCC and acquirer data from the bank now. I’ll post an update if I manage to confirm anything else.

Hi. I’m looking for any information about the following merchant descriptors:

vercs2 / calcal / jusdot5 / tokdom / jusski6 / paypay

I’m trying to identify the actual merchants behind them, find any available contact details, and confirm which acquirer or payment processor handled the transactions.

I’ve seen indications that some of them may be connected to Xpate Ltd, but I haven’t been able to verify this properly. Has anyone dealt with any of these or managed to find out who is behind them?

Thanks. It looks like we're trying to identify exactly the same ones. I have quite a few transactions among these descriptors, so I'm particularly interested in confirming the connection to Xpate.

I'm going to ask my bank for the ARN, Acquirer ID/name and MCC for them. If that confirms Xpate or another acquirer, I'll post the information here. Please let me know if you find anything on your side as well.

Thanks, I’ll try contacting vercs2 at pr@cs2vault.store. Did you contact them at this address yourself? If so, did they actually respond or issue any refund? Also, do you know whether the payments were processed through Xpate?
