Hello. Xpate replied to my first email, stating that they couldn't find the transaction in their system and asking me to provide the payment details. I sent them the (redacted) card details, the transaction date, the amount, and the website where the payment was made. They then replied that they still couldn't find the transaction and advised me to contact my bank to resolve the issue.

Hello. If I understand correctly, Xpate refunded your money about two weeks after you requested a chargeback? Did they dispute the chargeback at all, or did they accept it?

Hi. You should consider filing a chargeback through your bank for the transactions processed by Xpate. If you can provide enough evidence, you may have a good chance of getting your money back.

Yeah same they just said complete the form, was this the same for you? Do you know if passpoint, ISX financial and kryptonim go through them? I think passpoint and kryptonim do for sure. The other one is other merchant name on my lloyds for open banking. Shame lloyds said they cant do anything for me as it was open banking transaction.
