Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (page 1,509)

Has anyone had any luck with consultitans recently? I have sent several messages without a response/refund. Emails bounce, the contact form on the website does not respond/answer.

Honestly thank you for putting so much time and effort to write this! It's cleared so much up and it all feels much less overwhelming. I've already sent an email to a few of the companies a couple of days ago. (commutech.ninja, splitwellnet). I will send another follow up email to them, and in the meantime, I will contact Barclays and request the MCC for the transactions.

If I don't have proof of getting in contact with the merchants, could this hinder the likelihood of success I wonder?

There was a couple of merchants I wasn’t able to contact as I couldn’t find anything on them and it didn’t make a difference. I just said I wasn’t able to contact them as I couldn’t find any contact details / information on them.

Is this the same as the Transaction ID. I had no idea I could view the googlepay history which is what I have used for all deposits on my cards. I thought I had lost it all when I got a new phone not realising it's on my computer too. Me and modern tech are not great mates lol

Might be yeah, mine on Barclays is called business number. I had to speak to them on the phone to get my debit card ones but they showed up on my credit card transactions.

I've seen this a few times too. It definitely looks suspicious when a gambling payment shows up as something completely different on the bank statement. Even if there's a technical reason behind it, I'd rather play at a casino that's transparent about how payments are processed
