Monzo have been declining the chargebacks. However when I raise them it must flag up on the merchants end therefore they have refunded them.

It doesn't, they would have no way of knowing they are being raised, unless monza tell then directly. Which the way things are is entirely possible. All in it together. Prob refunded in case you go to fos.

i put a complaint in to fos and was successful for some of mine ages ago. If you have an email from the merchant saying you can chargeback then that's valid proof.

I emailed them but no reply. I think they’re also linked to nbcgate (also registered in this address).


can someone please help with it, and sp wallet, mtl topup (educational services, London) - If you have transactions can you check browsing history? Check adress on statement, ask bank…try make a payment again if account isn’t blocked (don’t approve it of course) 🙂

They are only coded as money orders but they are processed as card payments. Revolut know this and are only protecting their scam merchant friends. They should be raised as fraud misrepresentation..but revolut refuse hiding behind card rules that don't apply. Take revolut to your ombudsman

With revolut you need evidence of emailing the merchant or they will not even consider raising a charge back, so email them and give them time to reply, or if you canot find merchant details email the casino and explain you have emailed the casino but cannot find any merchant details

Use chat got they will compose an email for you, you just need to type in the basics, unlicenced casino that tou thought was fully regulated and legal at time of depositing, wrong mcc codes to disguise gambling transactions and bypass gambling blocks, third party merchants that appear unrelated to casino etc

Last time on March 3 they have asked selfie whit bank card, I provided. March 10 they asked again the same. I think they are doing this in purpose

Yeh it sounds like they are. I refused to provide selfie etc. they are definitely not taking it seriously. If I was you I would report them to authorities. I replied to them and cc’d in FOS
