Im strugglint to understand this thread as its so long, do you need to messsage the casino or the random company that takes the momey from you, and if you say goods or service not recieved but the money you deposit lands on the casino site, the goods were recieved? Im just trying to understand what grounds there is to do a chargeback on these illegal sites other than them using wrong merchant codes to buy pass transaxtions that would normally be blocked if correct code was used

Some good news to share, I raised a dispute with Nationwide about 9 transactions to the same merchant using VISA 12.7 invalid data. I’ve now been told all 9 are successful and the temporary credits are mine to keep!

surely you can claim back money from these sites due to them being illegal, if you thought this site was legal then realised it wasnt, you were not provided with the service that you thought you were getting, you thought tou were getting the service that a legal casino would provide e.g regulated games with a fair chance, it is down to the casino to make sure they are legal in the country you are from
