Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (page 1,140)

Honestly if I get this money back I will never ever gamble again. Even if I don’t get it back. I honestly can’t feel the way I felt again.

To be honest they were the easiest to get the chargeback. I just used CHATGPT and put in my statement and asked them to quote some things . I told the truth that I gambled but they broke their terms and conditions as I asked to be self excluded 8 times and told them I was an addict and they just gave me bonuses instead. Just praying I get it back now.

I basically told them in a legal way the merchant broke their terms and conditions. I asked to be self excluded because of a gambling addiction 8 times and instead they offered me bonuses- however I have all the evidence as it was all via email. Obviously I haven’t won the chargebacks yet but them submitted the chargebacks is a step in the right direction

The bank pre refunded me, but normally 30-45 days

Sonect still refund but they don’t reply and it took 2 weeks
