Yeah, my transaction list with TransferOp is frightening (and embarrassing). Success on that front would set me well for a long time, but they've also stopped responding to me. I'm attempting some escalation routes but not expecting results.

Sweet. Disputed these transactions on Monzo on Sunday. Received this morning. Monzo declined the disputes but the merchant has credited the refunds. Slow process disputing every single transaction. But its working😃😃

Meanwhile i'm still waiting for HSBC to raise chargebacks for the exact same merchant...

Monzo have been declining the chargebacks. However when I raise them it must flag up on the merchants end therefore they have refunded them.

When were the payments via ALTVERRA LTD initially made if you don't mind me asking?
