A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

All emails replies have been negative "we dont do refunds" however yes I've been paid. Like I've said I believe raising the disputes must of triggered the merchants end.

Do they? I would pay a lot of money to someone who helps me secure a refund from them as it’s serious money I’ve lost via them. Can you email me on footyheadlines1966@outlook.com please and let me know how? Thanks

Weve all lost serious momey to transferop they do NOT refund

Payop dont refund at all

So there is thousands of us in this forum , i would say 90% have tried refunds from payop and 90% have been shut down , so if anyome new here take no notice to the one person saying they refund , how can thousands all be shut down but 1 gets refunded 😂

No point 🙁 support@elegro.eu (we are only 3rd party) info@niko-tech.eu (never have replied) support@velobet.com. only reason goldveils ltd (Nikotpf) have refunded me was because I raised disputes on my monzo account. filefilefile

Wasn't chargebacks mate. I disputed the transactions to monzo. They declined them all. But disputing them must of flagged up on goldveils ltd Nikotpf accounts, so they paid into my bank. Hope this makes sense. Few beers deep now after winning our darts league tonight🎯🏆🔥

Reply from mobilum

Hi Thank you for sharing the details.

We have carefully reviewed your request and, following a thorough internal investigation, we wish to clarify the position of Mobilum with respect to the transactions in question. Mobilum does not engage in any contractual agreements with natural persons for the provision of acquiring services. Accordingly:

No I was with hsbc because it was for a lot

of money - I ended up using a Curacao well known no win no fee lawyer - and he won me 65 percent back minus his percentage of 20 percent - it was with Santeda casinos - this was Dec 2024

This happened to me with Monzo several times

they always disputed it - but sometimes I think it flags up to the merchant and they refund before formal chargeback and fees hit

Since January 9, 2025, there have been 17 transactions totaling approximately €950.00. In the last three months, only €170.00 has been processed. I will let you know when the results are available.
