A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has any info or could help me figure out how to request a chargeback for these merchants. I genuinely can't find anything about them online:

Cinxtech, Calpex, Inxc2, Crypswap, Techswap

Revolut really doesn't seem to want to help and they aren't understanding the issue. They just keep telling me this:

Why was my claim rejected? After a careful investigation, we determined that the transaction in question is a payment or an order. Once the funds reach the beneficiary's account, the transaction is considered completed. Therefore, on this occasion, we cannot issue a refund in your favor.

These "companies" are all using MCC 6051.

How can I go about getting a refund from them? Could anyone help me out? Thanks a lot!

According to the "Who Can Play" section of our Terms & Conditions, our services are available only to players located in countries or jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. It is the sole responsibility of each player to familiarize themselves with and comply with the laws and regulations related to online gambling in their respective jurisdiction before placing any bets on our platform.

By depositing funds and participating in real-money games, you acknowledge that you are acting in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence. Ensuring compliance with local legislation remains entirely the responsibility of the user. If online gambling is restricted or prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access our services, you are not authorized to use your payment card or any other payment method to complete such transactions. We would also like to refer you to our Refund Policy, which states that refunds cannot be issued if the deposited funds, including any associated bonuses, have already been used to access or participate in our services. Once such services have been utilized, the corresponding resources are considered consumed, and the transaction cannot be reversed.

For full transparency, please note that all transactions related to your account can be verified through your official bank or card statement.

In light of the above information and applicable policies, we regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your refund request.

Hi guys, could do with some advice -

About a year ago I made bank transfers to a offshore casino via transferop - At the time, bank recovery(revolut) wasn’t possible since these were bank transfers rather than card payments.

Today - Ive had a in app notification from Revolut asking me to reveiw some transactions which are infact those transfers that were made via transferop.

Revolut are asking me to confirm relationship with transferop and reasons for payments. (Im assuming the receiving bank, Clear Junction may have been flagged as to why im now a year later being asked to reveiw my payments)

It has gave me a glimmer of hope that their may be potential recourse in getting these transfers reversed back to me.

I asked about these payments here at the time when they had happened but I think anyone who had dealings were unsuccessful

My question now is -Has anyone else had any updates on TransferOp bank transfers recently? What’s the best approach for informing Revolut about these transactions?

Would really appreciate any feedback as the amount I had sent via them is quite large..

Thank you

No nothing still chasing Gemcebr.

Nbcgate blocked me haha

Dear Mr,

Thank you for your message.

We have carefully reviewed the information provided regarding the transactions listed and would like to clarify our position.

Please note that NBCgate does not provide acquiring or processing services for bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, or any other card schemes).

Accordingly, NBCgate does not have the technical or legal capability to initiate, authorize, or settle card transactions, nor do we have access to cardholder data, card numbers, or card-based payment flows.

Based on this, we confirm the following:

The transactions you referenced were not processed by NBCgate.

NBCgate did not receive, process, or settle funds originating from your card.

NBCgate does not act as a merchant of record, card acquirer, or payment processor for card payments.

Any descriptor appearing on your card statement is assigned by the card acquiring bank or card payment processor, not by NBCgate.

Given the above, we recommend that you contact your bank directly and request clarification on:

the actual acquiring bank or card processor used for these transactions,

the merchant entity legally registered as the card acceptor,

and the merchant identification number (MID) associated with the charges.

These details will allow you to correctly identify the party that processed the card payments and pursue the appropriate chargeback, investigation, or regulatory complaint.

If bank or another financial institution provides documentation explicitly indicating NBCgate as a card acquirer or card payment processor for these transactions, please forward such evidence for further review. At this time, no such relationship exists.

We take compliance, regulatory obligations, and lawful operations very seriously and are fully cooperative with legitimate inquiries. However, we must stress that NBCgate is not the appropriate counterparty for card-related disputes, refunds, or gambling-related card transaction investigations.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

NBCgate Compliance Team
