A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Would you mind sending to footyheadlines1966@outlook.com please?! I’m currently quoting their aml/KYC policy to them and asking for a DSAR to show what they knew or didn’t. Probably wasting my time so any tips gratefully received

Hello

I'm wondering if anyone has any info or could help me figure out how to request a chargeback for these merchants cause i genuinely can't find anything about them online:

Cinxtech, Calpex, Inxc2, Crypswap, Techswap

Revolut really doesn't seem to want to help and they aren't understanding the issue.

These "companies" are all using MCC 6051, please can you help me?

How can I go about getting a refund from them?

Yeah same absolutely, do you bank with revolut too?

I have been asked by them to provide reasons for the payments, but I am hesitant to jump right in and claim goods and services or another option that says I do not know this party.

I asked chat gbt in detail about this and have continued today since having the revolut review message, but because there transfers im still unsure wether any refund is possible as why id posted here again.

Transferop and payop both fobbed me off last year too.

But im leaving the reveiw request from revolut open for a little while, in hope anybody else has had succuss or knowledge and can advise. Hm

Hi, did someone have any success with payop/transfer op company?

Should I directly contact fca and ombudsman, or are there any other ways to get my money back?

They ignore me and send some autoreplies!

Received another £100 from goldveils ltd (Nikotpf) today. Funny how I redisputed this payment on Tuesday and they have refunded it today. But not when I originally disputed it back in February. Thats a total of £490 refunded now out of the £1300 I have sent via this merchant.

Thanks for the reply, so your chargeback was denied but you got a refund without contacting anyone?
