Well transferop is clear junction but lame excuse to not refund.

for Doset etc dota2store replied to me after I sent a really strong email (they asked to provide more info on transactions) and haven’t replied or refunded since, but I think if you email them, threaten to legal action and cc FCA by noting that all transactions sent to them to casinos are illegal etc you may or may not get somewhere 🙂

My update - currently have recieved £4500 back. -£2000 refund from casino. £2500 from a chargeback… £2600 due in 8 days… the rest.. long fight with the bank hoping they will submit the chargeback

Well, that's a valid email that just does redirection to their actual email - you can try sending a test email to confirm it won't bounce back and even receive the autoreply from their zendesk helpdesk.
